House Rules

10 Guest Maximum

Quiet Hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No Commercial Photography

Off-limits Areas
Don’t enter locked doors (e.g. owner’s closet).

No Smoking
Inside or around the exterior of the home.

Pets
No pets allowed at this time

Guests
No more than 10 guests are allowed in the house. We don’t allow visitors.

Noise
Keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 8 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.

Trash
Please make sure to bag your trash before throwing it in the outside trash can.
We’ll have someone stopping by to pull the trashcans to the road on trash day (Wednesday) or the day before.

No Open Flames
Including candles & incense

*An additional fee will be charged for excessive mess
or house damages.
